The legs are done, and I’m ready to make the heel flaps. It wasn’t much progress, but that’s because I was helping with this:
There are 12 quarts of sliced potatoes and 11 quarts and a pint of sliced apples. Dale’s mom and I had the stove full with the pressure canner and waterbath canner. We even had to bring out an induction cooker to have another burner for cooking the syrup for the apples. It’s a lot easier to can that much stuff when you’re working as a team.
